Do I look pale?

It's time to go backwards again and look at previous happenings. Last monday we were in Duisburg and were gonna star in a local TV show called Studio 47. This TV station has about 20000 viewers we were told. We get to the studio and release a sigh of release when we notice that it looks rather good. They tell us we are gonna play one song 45min. into the show then have a short interview and also end the program with a song. They didn't have too much equipment so we couldn't do the full band. We decided to play like we did in Leipzig, with me on a suitcase but this time Henrik played acoustic also. We decided for the songs Imaginary Friend and Teen Avenger (a new song) to be our face out to the masses. Fine. We start rigging up and testing sounds. Gotta go now. Will follow this up since there's alooot to say about this!

Ok I'm back...

So we start soundchecking but it doesnt go so well. Their tiny studio can't really  deal with our two guitars, a bass and two microphones! So they start solding chords together (with sweaty forheads! The program starts in fifteen minutes! Hahaha), doesn't help. I tiny microphone pops up and finally there's something called sound... The tell us we can rehearse in the breaks. Sure. We do and it sems to be ok and they talk alot of german and we play our first song. Afterwards there's a small interview and I make a total ass of myself studdering when she starts talking and asks me why we sing in english. I answer very uncertain "to get closer to our idols?". WHAT??? Fuckin moron!!! Anyway the show goes on and in the end we play Teen Avenger. The playing was fine by the way, no worries... And they tell us we can get a dvd of it the next day if we want to (of course we want to!!! Yaay!!!). The next day we get the dvd and I must say it's maybe the funniest thing I have seen! The mistakes are falling like heavy rain! People are running infront of the camera, the host says out loud that he look pale and "POOF" some kind of filter goes on and suddenly he's got more colour! The female host suddenly turns black and white cause Jonas saw a camera man accidently pull out a cable. But the best thing was that there was an pre-recorded interview with some lady and imagine how we laughed when in the middle of her interview you suddenly start hearing us soundchecking and eventually play a song!!! This might be hard to understand by reading about it but send us some money and you can get the whole thing on DVD.
